  • Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to orders, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support for sales activities such as order processing, quotation generation, and miscellaneous documentation.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure seamless communication between departments (sales, production) to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Strong skills in Customer Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Marketing Support, Order Processing, Quotation creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Convert leads into potential customers by providing product demos and solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to retain existing business and generate referrals.

   Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
